Custom Single-Family Home Designed by The Brown Studio

This Mountain Modern-style home designed by The Brown Studio is one of 11 "Alpine" model homes Plant prefabricated for The Palisades at Olympic Valley, a new development in the heart of Tahoe ski country.

This Alpine design features an open-plan living area with plenty of space for friends and family to gather, and large windows bathe the home in natural daylight while providing sweeping views of the surrounding landscape. A custom kitchen, floating staircase, and designer finishes throughout lend a refined, yet comfortable, modern aesthetic.

Each Alpine model home was efficiently prefabricated in 10-14 weeks utilizing a combination of Plant Panels and Plant Modules. Panels were used for the garage, hallways, and other simple spaces, while the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room were constructed as Plant Modules for minimal on-site finish work. The modules shipped complete with flooring, tile work, cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, and appliances in place, and the home was weathertight upon installation.

Plant prefabricated a total of 35 homes for The Palisades community, which also includes Traverse, Summit, and Slalom model homes.
