The RPA LivingHome 1 was designed to meet Passive House* energy standards, shipping complete with best-in-class smart home technology, energy monitoring, and high-performance fresh air systems for heating, cooling, and ventilation.
*Passive House certification is administered through Passive House Institute US (PHIUS) or Passive House International (PHI). Certification is entirely optional, so certification fees are not included in the LivingHome cost estimate.

In production, our advanced digital modeling drives our precision manufacturing equipment, maximizing material utilization for minimal waste. And we utilize building materials with recycled content whenever possible.
