33-Home Community Designed by The Brown Studio

Olympic Valley's first community development in nearly two decades, The Palisades is a 63-home community comprised of 33 single-family homes and 30 duplexes. Offsite construction ensured consistent, high-quality craftsmanship that was not constrained by the area's skilled labor shortage or short building season.

Designed by The Brown Studio, the Mountain Modern-style single-family residences are based on five designs ranging in size from 2,630 to 4,627 square feet. Plant Prefab fabricated the homes in its Southern California factories utilizing a combination of modular and panelized components for optimal time and cost efficiency. A phased production and delivery plan streamlined local labor coordination, allowing site crews to perform exterior finish work and landscaping during the summer months and interior finish work during winter months.
