KieranTimberlake LivingHome 2

A compact footprint allows the KieranTimberlake LivingHome 2 to fit in dense, urban communities, but its contemporary design is right at home in just about any environment. Thoughtfully-designed spaces balance openness and privacy, making this LivingHome a great solution for anyone seeking efficient living without compromising comfort.
At just 22 feet wide, the KieranTimberlake LivingHome 2 is narrow enough for small lot ordinance properties. A recessed ground-floor entry and second-floor deck create tranquil outdoor spaces, offering privacy and solitude even if the neighbors are close-by. Tall windows infuse every room in the house with warm, natural daylight. Double sliding glass doors off the spacious eat-in kitchen open to the back yard, inviting outdoor entertaining while creating long sight lines that extend through the living room. A secluded deck at the top of the stairwell provides a peaceful place to relax and take in the views from the second floor. Sleeping areas are located on opposite ends of the home, each with an en-suite bath, creating spacious master suites.
To suit homebuyers’ changing needs and lifestyles, the KieranTimberlake LivingHome 2 is also designed for future expansion. Buyers can add a carport as well as a third floor, to gain an additional bedroom when the family grows.
Like every LivingHome, the KieranTimberlake LivingHome 2 is designed to meet net-zero standards and ships complete with best-in-class smart home technology and energy monitoring.
